Orders, prices and payment

Available products, prices, taxes, payment methods and shipping options are shown before checkout. Shipping charges are calculated in the cart according to the order and destination.

Shipping

Orders are handled by DHL, FedEx and UPS. For Spain, the usual lead time is 4 to 7 business days when items are in stock. Please check in advance for other destinations or out-of-stock items.

Returns and commercial warranty

Under MTS Technik’s commercial policy, return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been installed. Installed items and made-to-order items cannot be returned.

MTS Technik provides a two-year commercial warranty. This policy applies without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights applicable under the relevant law.
